My overall experience good. The product is awesome, and new functionalities keep coming. I'd say that as a sales at Hubspot, even corporate, you are expected to do a lot of outbound campaigns, cold calling, and targets are getting hard to attain.

It’s been good so far, onboarding is great, I would say it’d be way easier if you have experience using HubSpot at a previous org.

Too early to know for sure how successful a BDR can be given the product fit versus the current market fluctuations. Economic trends are already making it tough to sell so it’ll be interesting to see how HubSpot handles the shifts. Not to mention the rumor mill of a potential acquisition from Google.

Not what they tell you it will be in the interview process. Leadership tries to keep their quota low by brining in new reps who have 9 month ramp. Fully ramped reps a liable and quickly out.
