great product. there’s an ongoing lack of trust / disconnect with sales reps and sales leadership. internal friction for reps continues to increase. sales here is currently an uphill battle and not sustainable long term.

HubSpot has a great product and has been a solid experience, but recently the leadership in SMB has been in absolute turmoil. Cheating runs rampant, and leadership not only allows it, but applauds it.
