Great products and company is very transparent on the metrics and why you are being promoted: MRR!. Very challenging and hard because there are a lot, a lot, of reps but eventually we have to admit that some are doing very good and getting promoted. On the batch of people who came with me, maybe only 15 or 20% were still there 2 years after (2023). The others either have left, either have been fired.

Started well, but has trended/is trending downwards (quite steeply). Expectations are constantly changing and rarely made clear, communication across the SMB segment is poor and inconsistent at best.
