Current Employee3.4Apr 16, 2024This is not the HubSpot it used to be. Leadership has changed drastically, quota attainment, at least in Mid Market is hovering around 30% and they just made sweeping changes to comp plans. If customers clawback you now go back on attainment.

They ask you to do a ton of additional non-revenue activities and wonder why you aren’t making your numbers. It’s been stated before but if your on PIP start looking at another role
