Would anyone have any insight into MM AE conditions currently in EUROPE?

I've received an offer and while the package sounds good, having 30+ reps and the reviews on here, I am deliberating.

The reviews on here are consistent because they are true. The quota is unattainable. Only 15% of mm hits full quota. The managers are bad, the pip culture is out of control. Unless you must have a job I would advise you do something else. I know people just complain but all the complaints line up.

HubSpot has hit a point where it’s sliced and diced territories into tiny pockets of opportunity across the globe. It’s a good company with a great product, but its leadership has only seen success and doesn’t know how to lead through adversity. It’s a big reason why I left - Hubs is an orange SFnow

It is the same anywhere on the globe… Lot of people leaving and the ones coming in fresh struggle. I started last summer and have seen half the people in my Geo leaving, most were hired in the last 2 years.

If you can survive 2 years HubSpot is a great resume booster -- I am currently looking elsewhere after 5 years at Hubs and have received quite a bit of traction/attention. Recruiters have told me companies like hiring from HubSpot. First year will be relatively easy with ramp, then you just gotta stay off a pip in year 2.

HubSpot does offer reps a long ramping period. So that should be helpful to get you on your feet.

Phenomenal for career growth. Quickish sales cycles that will give you plenty of experience. Monthly sales cycles tough though.
