GTM wants to be enterprise but the sales process doesn’t reflect as much. Heavy on activity metrics, shamed on weekly calls if you don’t hit your meetings number. Can’t schedule any external calls on “PG Tuesdays.” AEs have to split deals if you have a contact at an account that lives outside your territory. The company will do well, but you will need to be able to put up with a lot of nonsense in the sales org due to incompetent leadership. And most are realizing it’s not worth it.

Harness is a very complex place to sell, & sales is well supported at the company. However, there are still massive inequalities in patch/region and advancement opportunities have slowed. Inbound lead flow is near 0 for most people. so you have to self source outbound everything if you dont get a good patch/install. SDR org is in turmoil as well
