Good product. Sales and customer success overwhelmed with too many products to manage and learn. Sales leadership is old school. Focused on growth and nothing else. One of the worst sales environments I have ever experienced.

GTM wants to be enterprise but the sales process doesn’t reflect as much. Heavy on activity metrics, shamed on weekly calls if you don’t hit your meetings number. Can’t schedule any external calls on “PG Tuesdays.” AEs have to split deals if you have a contact at an account that lives outside your territory.
