Lots of good momentum at Harness recently with the platform in the leaders quadrant and larger multi-product deals. The TAM is very large and the product is differentiated. Its definitely not an easy place to work but it's a rocked ship.

great tech, but selling to very opinionated teams and numerous stakeholders to get onboard. Land then expand motion with challenges in customer success org that sales needs to jump in and cover, tech usually strong enough to over come this and drive transformational value.
