Worst company culture and leadership I have ever seen! Employees are “highly encouraged” to write great reviews. Don’t trust any of them, back channel, talk to current employees and do your homework. Sales numbers are not there and the vast majority of the sales team last year did not make their numbers. Smoking mirrors on LinkedIn postings. Beware!

The company is growing revenue worldwide very successfully. It’s a great product. Certain regions are really struggling like east and central. The comp model for SEs is standard 70/30 base and variable. The payout for variable is based on territory and region attainment of quota.
