I am interested in an Enterprise role at Grafana. How is the team performing? Is it feast or famine in terms of who gets the best accounts in their patch? Is attainment reasonable? Are Enterprise companies adopting the tool?

Is the sales opportunity at Grafana relatively balanced across reps and territories? Given the consumption-model, is it common for reps to hit quote based on "luck of the draw" territory assignments or is there reasonable opportunity across territories? Asking for mid-market / enterprise.
