Anonymous Sales ProJun 29, 2023

A few US reps I spoke to are doing ok but looking to leave in the next 6-12 months. Most of them are above 1 year mark. Seem tired of high effort and not necessarily killing it. Is it an only specific people or a more general feeling in the org?
