Very interesting company with a great trajectory but take a very short term view on employee's and are quick to make changes even when that may not be warranted. With the many many turn overs in reps and frontline leadership and a new regime in place better watch out to not fall out of favor.

I've heard things have changed but when I was at Grafana I heard a top earner (female) ask for more consideration for diversity on the sales team during her QBR.
