Grafana Labs treats reps love a number on a spreadsheet. Tons of attrition. You either are in the right place at the right time and get a big deal, or starve. Very immature sales leadership.

Overall experience was a 3/5. Started great, then quickly became toxic. Huge upside in earnings potential, but that is 100% dependent on 1) luck or 2) having personal connections to Regional Sales Directors (most will unevenly distribute the best accounts / opps, even to reps they are dating).
