Overall experience was a 3/5. Started great, then quickly became toxic. Huge upside in earnings potential, but that is 100% dependent on 1) luck or 2) having personal connections to Regional Sales Directors (most will unevenly distribute the best accounts / opps, even to reps they are dating). Overall - the sales and executive leadership team are extremely immature, pretend like they know what they're doing, and more than not are sociopaths.

Grafana is a great company and a great place to work but it is not easy to move up in the SDR org and leadership across teams is often not aligned.
