Overall experience was a 3/5. Started great, then quickly became toxic. Huge upside in earnings potential, but that is 100% dependent on 1) luck or 2) having personal connections to Regional Sales Directors (most will unevenly distribute the best accounts / opps, even to reps they are dating). Overall - the sales and executive leadership team are extremely immature, pretend like they know what they're doing, and more than not are sociopaths.

The company is growing revenue worldwide very successfully. It’s a great product. Certain regions are really struggling like east and central. The comp model for SEs is standard 70/30 base and variable. The payout for variable is based on territory and region attainment of quota.
