Decent but immature. Sales process changes too much. Freedom enables me to overachieve. Those two parallels happen in a very seasonal business in-which you have to plan territory for execution longitudinally… If you are lucky enough to keep a territory for multiple years.

Fantastic! Plenty of learning opportunities and room for growth, although at times not so clear for career progression. Compensation structure is historically very competitive but changes annually.
