If you're looking for a big company, Google is an amazing place and Cloud is a great spot to be. Standard cultural/org challenges, but no different from every other large tech company out there. Would recommend.

My overall experience was good. There is lots of growth and earning potential. In the SMB segment in particular there is a ton of inbound demand.

Tough to manage the workload but if you fit in with the team you can be successful. Though its a sales role, most account directors are wicked smart and the successful individuals have a skew towards technical aptitude and business acumen more than other relationship based sales roles. GCP remains a third place contender. The company has offerings that are competitive with AWS and Azure, and in some cases, better, but it is very hard to win market share in a mature segment like cloud.
