Current Employee4.9Dec 20, 2024Very positive experience. GenAI is changing everything and customers are very happy with the GCP experience. Challenges are around partner model and keeping up with the momentum. As a result, there are a lot of changes going on within GCP and some impacted folks are strong performers. I highly recommend joining, but be aware of the landscape.

For those who can close deals, this is a rewarding place to work, but you have to be pretty tenacious given that sales ops and approval processes are poorly defined and generally unsupportive of deal making.
