Good compensation and technology. Leadership is 50/50 with some great talent but also can be chaotic and disorganised at times.

Good work-life balance. Comp is good but the incentive structure is weird this year since they split new/existing business to be managed by different teams.

Great. Google has become more corporate over time, and pretty political when you want to climb the career latter, but the DNA of its core is absolutely intact and the products are fantastic. For my taste not performance-driven enough; non-performance is accepted as long as you are "googley"
