Good work-life balance. Comp is good but the incentive structure is weird this year since they split new/existing business to be managed by different teams.

Only worth joining Google Cloud as a BDR if you want to get another non-sales role after one year at the same level. Horrible targets, little coaching. If you want to make AE, there's very little opportunities, unfortunately, even if it's said to be great.

ok, base and ote split can be better. Constant changes to book of business and changes to comp plan is confusing
