Good work-life balance. Comp is good but the incentive structure is weird this year since they split new/existing business to be managed by different teams.

GCP remains a third place contender. The company has offerings that are competitive with AWS and Azure, and in some cases, better, but it is very hard to win market share in a mature segment like cloud. Excellent organization with a great culture. Market not very enticed to deal with GCP given that Azure and AWS have already been in place with many customers. Multi-cloud is interesting but it is difficult for organization to embrace given the complexity it brings…

Difficult to break into accounts with existing cloud providers but once in, there are a lot of opportunities.
