Great. Google has become more corporate over time, and pretty political when you want to climb the career latter, but the DNA of its core is absolutely intact and the products are fantastic. For my taste not performance-driven enough; non-performance is accepted as long as you are "googley"

My overall experience is positive. There is good earning potential and interesting work with some genuinely groundbreaking technology. There is an element of office politics which is to be expected of an organisation of this size.

Google has great office spaces and perks. In Google Cloud, they have hired leadership from AWS, IBM, Salesforce etc and the culture has become the same cut-throat, big corporate, and political as the rest.
