Current Employee Number three player has to have an aggressive comp plan to attract talent, so we do. For those who can close deals, this is a rewarding place to work, but you have to be pretty tenacious given that sales ops and approval processes are poorly defined and generally unsupportive of deal making. I recommend it as a place to work but only for experienced people who are very tenacious about winning.
