Current Employee4.1Nov 28, 2024It’s definitely a high output role with a high base in comparison to other sales AE roles. Google treats their employees very well overall and there are amazing benefits. The culture is great in terms on an enterprise level however on a team/org level the culture is cliquey

Former Employee3.3May 22, 2024Company too focused on DEI initiatives. Came aboard during hiring spree and my personal manager was useless and had no background in high tech. They do some amazing things at Google, but overall my experience was a 3 out 5 and have found great opportunities elsewhere.

Former Employee4.6Feb 11, 2024You couldn't get better product market fit, you are basically an order taker rather than a seller. Your job is to keep everyone happy. Downside is that since the product sells itself is that there is an extreme level of internal politics to take credit for revenue.
