Super product lots of fun to work here. New comp structure sucks and reps won’t be making big bonuses for a while but overall still a great place to work.

My overall experience was disappointing. The company culture is toxic. Managers and reps talk about each other. Solid product but way overpriced.

Good experience. The business is doing its best to stay at the forefront of the space while facing a tough macro environment. Nothing shocking. The product is absolutely world class.

Gong has not prioritized culture in the enterprise segment. As a result, there is a lot of backstabbing, full-on lying, and CYA happening. Particularly at the 2nd line leader position. Everyone has a feeling of fear and "ick" based on how leaders prioritize being punitive instead of actually coaching and being uplifting.
