My overall experience was generally positive here. I don't think it's as rosy as what you see on LinkedIn, because let's be honest we all know someone at Gong that posts on LinkedIn every other day about how Gong has "changed their life..." Wouldn’t recommend. No accountability in middle management, churn and burn reps nonstop, fear-based culture. Gong has some of the smartest and talented Account Executives in the market, everyone that leaves always says the grass is greener and they’re doing better and Making more money elsewhere.
