Love the company - really great product, excellent leadership, fun culture. Not the highest paying possible role but an amazing place to learn and grow in your sales career.

It’s tough to say where my overall experience lands. The product was great, the training was solid, and leadership was smart and determined. Yet the culture was lacking in that it was a bit shallow, and as strong of an engine that ran sales- it was difficult to sell given not-so realistic quotas.

Wouldn’t recommend. No accountability in middle management, churn and burn reps nonstop, fear-based culture. Gong has some of the smartest and talented Account Executives in the market, everyone that leaves always says the grass is greener and they’re doing better and Making more money elsewhere.
