Good overall, but definitely room for improvement. Sales team is stellar and great to learn from, but income potential is limiting.

This is a high pressure company/role, and not in a good way. Leadership expects the highest level of performance in every category (prospecting quality of messaging + high activity level, discovery, demo, pilot, forecasting, CRM hygiene, etc etc etc), at all times, and there if even one category falls behind for even a week, you'll be slapped on the wrist.
