Leadership expects the highest level of performance in every category (prospecting quality of messaging + high activity level, discovery, demo, pilot, forecasting, CRM hygiene, etc etc etc), at all times, and there if even one category falls behind for even a week, you'll be slapped on the wrist. PIPs and "coaching plan" culture with even 1 month falling behind - they really operate with scare tactics at the forefront. Not a good place for your mental health. Favoritism runs rampant/
