This is a high pressure company/role, and not in a good way. Leadership expects the highest level of performance in every category (prospecting quality of messaging + high activity level, discovery, demo, pilot, forecasting, CRM hygiene, etc etc etc), at all times, and there if even one category falls behind for even a week, you'll be slapped on the wrist. PIPs and "coaching plan" culture with even 1 month falling behind - they really operate with scare tactics at the forefront. Not a good place for your mental health. Favoritism runs rampant/

If you love sales and are really passionate, you’ll have success. If you are just looking to pay the bills and are okay with being an average rep, you’ll get pushed out. It’s a tough role and the market is not hot. Most expensive product on the market. Most people that like Gong already have it.
