Gong is good for training and development. They teach you a lot about business acumen. Definitely a sweatshop though.

Wouldn’t recommend. No accountability in middle management, churn and burn reps nonstop, fear-based culture. Gong has some of the smartest and talented Account Executives in the market, everyone that leaves always says the grass is greener and they’re doing better and Making more money elsewhere.

My overall experience was disappointing. The company culture is toxic. Managers and reps talk about each other. Solid product but way overpriced.
