With less than 20% of reps hitting quota, a low OTE, and a high quota this has not been a good revenue organization for the last few years

Getting a promotion here is incredibly difficult despite being a high performer. Every team works differently and rules don't apply evenly. Very tough but it's indeed an incredible company.

My overall experience so far is extremely positive, The Culture is very Open and Transparent, employees and leadership highlighting both the Pros and Cons in the company, yet being positive about being in the right place. Totally recommend it so far.
