My overall experience is positive but not much scope for promotions no matter how the employee works and no matter how many large deals they close. Lots of politics and favoritism.

Loved/love the time spent at Github. People in the sales org are awesome and the product is second to none. People actually want to speak to you and hear about new products and how you can help them move forward in a partnership.

My experience is very positive at GitHub, I think the product is incredible and there is lots of potential for growth with the AI tools around devsecops

Great product but very inexperienced leadership and unrealistic quotas. Most of the leadership has never led anywhere else and it shows. Terrible SFDC data and inequities in accounts and lead flow.
