Overall experience is good and Gartner is fair. My experience with culture and leadership has been very positive. The key I think is to sell in a vertical you have experience in and is thriving. For example, if you know finance, don’t come to gartner to sell HR.

Experience depends on your territory and manager. I have seen some of the most talented sales people get stuck in a territory with uncontrollable factors and Gartner leadership does not do much to support.
