Really solid. Great company and a stranglehold on the market. Great culture and people. The only reason I’d leave is because I believe I’m getting paid about half of my value. Good benefits though.

Overall experience at Gartner is completely dependent on your book of business of and your manager. Good company, well known, can be a hard sale, good compensation not incredible, good work life balance, smart people to work with, can progress (I moved overseas and have been promoted 7 times in 7 yrs) if you perform
