Training has been overall positive, after the first two weeks of training it does decline and you’re not given much to do while you’re “on the bench”. There is also a gender pay gap, at the low end of 3.2%. I spoke with HR and they seem to not want to correct the issue. Unfortunate for sure....Read More

HT MSE which is predominantly new college grads, really struggles in the new economy given the high ticket price and long term ambiguity of Gartners ROI. The compensation package is compared to others, and job promotions are typically only reserved for those who hit winners circle (club).
