Not great really bad culture. Lots of unhappy people not hitting quota or plan. Management doesn’t care still putting people on plans left and right Micromanagement no development.

The organization is a great sales organization! Like other large global organizations your success has a lot to do with your territory and management. The Research/Advisory roles in IT are best in breed, outside of IT, are more competitive markets and more difficult to hit your number.
