Former Employee3.7Nov 12, 2024My overall experience the first few years was amazing. However, leadership changes fast and the culture changes with it. They tend to let under achieving reps stay way too long and reward complacency. If you’re not in the “click” you won’t make it.

Constant changes and pivoting internally and a recruiter told me you can’t negotiate salaries internally.
