Current Employee The sales process in conferences is highly toxic and that of likes of used car sales person, we are taught to hold our customer hostage with price increase, not able to hold inventory and even worst if the customers ask for something, it always will want to make them pre-event renew. The leadership will tell you that you are not able to sell and maybe this is not the right role. Despite many feedbacks from customer oo n the toxic sales tactics, all complaints againts you are ignored as long as you are making numbers, only performance is rewarded no matter how toxic the person is. Yet all this will be sugar coated by saying best culture, best company etc. Browse Other Reviews
