Definitely not a fit for you if you like to be creative and think on your own. Company completely shuts down anyone who likes to think differently, even if the current strategy isn't working.

Gartner's hiring strategy for MSE GTS HT is to hire out of university. Most of us are underpaid but the experience in invaluable in terms of who you sell to and the access of information from research. Career growth opportunities are plenty.
