My overall experience the first few years was amazing. However, leadership changes fast and the culture changes with it. They tend to let under achieving reps stay way too long and reward complacency. If you’re not in the “click” you won’t make it.

Gartner is GREAT but I work in the Invest Division. Also great but low product/market fit. Having scaled another org, I've fought the good fight but Gartner is too large to make the changes needed to drive our business.
