Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great for LE. MSE is a great place for college grads to get upskilled quickly. However being forced to be in Office in Fort Myers is a catastrophic failure by senior leadership within MSE. No one wants to raise a family in MSE. It is essentially college grad central and everyone leaves after 1-3 years as they realize they cant settle down in the area due to the cost, and lack of family amenities. Clearly though its a model Gartner has historically used because it keeps labor as cheap as possible. With that said - want to emphasize you will get great experience and training - there is just a time clock before you will move on due to the above, and lack of upward mobility without being willing to remain in Fort Myers. Product Market fit is only there if client purchased Gartner for the right reason vs being sold on research's inclusion by BDs. Which is about 25% of the client base in the emerging tech channel.
