Truly great company to work for!! Entire org is built to support the sales team. A lot of emphasis on career development and growth. Quotas are made to be attainable which helps with hitting accelerators and winners circle. Base comp is lower compared to similar roles, however the benefits here far outweigh that.

Pros: Great job security, great work-life balance, definitely a role that you can coast in. Good experience so far and offers straightforward ways of getting promotions/raises on a yearly basis. Offer support for internal upward mobility and encourage it.
