New Leadership in the Americas Large Enterprise division has reps running for the exits. Much more willing to jettison achieving reps and rehire at under market rates. ZERO on ramp for Hunting reps who have $0 Renewal books of business.

Questionable leadership, decent PMF and branding opens up doors quite easily. Lower than average OTE but good accelerators for high performers.
