Gartner is widely regarded as a great company that fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. While I wouldn’t characterize Gartner as an overly aggressive sales organization compared to others like Cisco and Oracle, which is a positive aspect, it’s worth noting that the nature of your products may pose some challenges. Some clients might view Gartner products as desirable but not essential.

Good compensation potential and WLB depending on your manager/territory. Best aspect of Gartner is the sales training. Once you learn how to sell Gartner, you can sell anything. You'll gain direct C-suite exposure and the opportunity to support critical business decisions through Gartner insights.
