It really depends on your territory, and if you have clients who have high headcount in their IT department, as you are selling individual licenses (not a single enterprise solution)

Org is good. Too much "do as I say, rather than as I do" but comp potential (if you are really good) is insane. Also, objectively great/cv builder brand

My overall experience was terrible. There is essentially no onboarding, I basically didn't have a manager and half my territory in in the Artic Circle.
