Great work life balance. A collaborative work environment but product is definitely not a necessity so constantly having to re-sell what’s been sold.

Process is everything, even when that process doesn’t work. Very very dogmatic emphasis on “doing things by the book”. Those who operate outside of that norm, even when they hit 1.3x quota, are promptly asked to leave.

Gartner can be very hit or miss. You can be in a great situation, great leadership, with great accounts and a great territory. You can also find yourself in the complete opposite situation and both the best and worst setups, they will expect the same level of performance from each.
