Gartner has been a great company to work when you look at things like work-life balance, benefits, company performance, etc. The company has great initial promotion structure which then becomes very wishy washy and unclear when you reach Client Success Manager. The pay compared to the amount of CV you oversee could definitely be higher but it’s somewhat in the lower range of well payed CSM’s.

Overall this was a horrible experience and management was drinking the Kool aid while at the same time so disconnected.
