Great learning experience, cult like, and overall just selling a $100000 refined google search. Leadership is chummy but will push you out if you make more than what they want to pay a fresh college grad. If you have experience, it’s not a good place to work.

Gartner is the ultimate you get what you get situation. Managers and VP’s will determine your fate. If you have a good one and a solid book, you can thrive.
