Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Naturally, based on the environment determines amount of people to hit plan. The targets are reasonable, and there is uncapped commissions once you hit quota, earning 20%+ on each deal you bring in.
Progression is based on hitting to hit Winners Circle (130% quota, presidents club). Once you do so, it’s standard to ask for any promotion - title, earnings, and when consistently doing so YoY, management, opportunities overseas.
In the GTS side, well recognised and respected, but can be a hard sell and ramp time to understand. Although once you do, great earnings and opportunities elsewhere, if desired. Browse Other Reviews
