It has been great for my career the past 5 years, but also company is going heavy on metrics that don't really drive deals, just for someone up top to see people doing meaningless tasks. Overall a great start to my career

Overall Gartner is a machine, especially in times of rapid change due to the recent implications on enterprise IT with AI. However, the culture is anemic--lots of folks get by working 15-20 hours a week.
