Pros: This is a great place to learn and hone your sales skills, you will become an expert in value selling. Transparent growth possibilities (achieve your numbers and you will have a path to promotion). Cons: I saw a lot of open discrimination towards young parents (I know a number of reps who made winner's circle, went on X months parental leave and were immediately put on a PIP upon return) Overall it's a high-pressure environment especially in the Net New (BD) business, and a number of territories are rather saturated with very limited options to unlock truly "new" accounts, so it could be you end up getting stuck after 1-2 years of success.

Growth has slowed as businesses seem to want more local insight as opposed to the global view of insight.

Great training, compensation is competitive if you are successful. Culture of micromanagement wears you down.
