Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Lots of churn within SMB/MSE. They hire mostly out of college and the average tenure is less than a year. Most teams have 1 or 2 people hit quota and the rest are left with scraps. Management is very young and doesn't stay in a role long. Dog eat dog where you do what it takes to keep moving up while the rest of the team is low morale and they will PIP you if you don't hit quota even when it's clearly out of your control in most cases.
